Welcome to coaching
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a space focused on where you are now and where you want to go.
It’s not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
It’s about helping you understand yourself, your brain, and your nervous system more clearly, shift patterns that aren’t working, and take intentional action in your life.
Through coaching, you learn how to:
understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
break out of patterns that keep you stuck
build self-trust and confidence
move forward with clarity and direction
This is an active, collaborative process as we work together towards your wishes and goals.
You’re not being “fixed”, you’re learning how to work with yourself in a way that actually creates change.
My Approach
My work is centered around helping you become more grounded- in your mind, your body, and your life.
Because when you’re grounded, everything changes.
You think more clearly. You feel more regulated. You respond instead of react.
I do this through my own method, the Grounded Method.
The Grounded Method focuses on three core areas:
Awareness
Regulation
Action
This approach combines evidence-based practices from psychology, neuroscience, and somatic work, creating change that isn’t just mental, but fully integrated.
The Grounded Method
Awareness
This is about slowing things down enough to actually understand what’s going on inside you.
We look at your patterns: how you think, react, shut down, or overwork yourself, and start to see what’s driving them beneath the surface. Not with judgment, but with clarity.
Because once you can see it, you can start to change it.
Regulation
Most people try to think their way through overwhelm, but when your nervous system is activated, you need something deeper.
This is where we work with your body and emotions, not against them. You learn how to notice when you’re stressed, shut down, or overloaded, and how to bring yourself back into steadiness.
Action
Change only lasts when it comes from a grounded place, not pressure, urgency, or self-criticism.
Here, we focus on taking clear, intentional steps that actually fit your life. You stop reacting and start choosing, building momentum in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.
This is where real-life change starts to show up.
